Shot blaster-crawler

The crawler belt is the core load-bearing and conveying part of Q32 series tumble belt shot blasting machines, divided into wear-resistant rubber crawler belt and steel crawler belt. It drives small and medium-sized workpieces to tumble evenly, enabling full-surface uniform shot blasting for rust removal, deburring, oxide cleaning and surface strengthening, while realizing automatic shot recycling through surface sieve holes. The rubber belt adopts high wear-resistant and tear-resistant formula with impact resistance, aging resistance and no deformation, avoiding workpiece damage. The steel belt is made of alloy steel with ultra-high strength and heavy load capacity for heavy workpiece cleaning.
